Train brakes function using air pressure. This pressure is generated by the locomotives and is shared by all connected cars. The pressure is necessary to release the brakes. Without it, they remain applied. The longer the train, the longer it takes to repressurize it, so use the train brake with reserve. Brakes are fully released only once the PIPE gauge reaches max value. Independent brake serves only the locomotive, but is a lot more agile. You may combine the two types. |

備考： メインブレーキ（奥側大きい方のレバー）の使用は 「連結が正常に行われていれば」すべての車両に同時にブレーキが掛かるけれども、効力発揮は数秒程度かかります。 また、ブレーキは一気に強くかかるのではなく、ジワジワとブレーキが強くなります。 （空気圧で操作してるため） メインブレーキの解除は完全解除に１０秒以上かかります。 ブレーキ中  ブレーキ解除状態（上の状態から下の状態まで、ゆっくりと空気圧が掛かり、針が動いていく）  補助ブレーキ（手前側小さいレバー）の使用は 「連結状態の有無に関わらず」操作している機関車にのみ直ぐにブレーキがかかります。 通常、機関車は先頭や最後尾に連結するので、それ以外の貨車は慣性に従い機関車やレール・車輪等に負荷をかけます。 カーブ等で補助ブレーキを使用した場合、貨車は運動エネルギーを各貨車の前側に与えるため、バランスを崩して脱線する恐れがあります。 （旧バージョンでのブレーキの仕様に近い挙動） 構内入れ替えや、ある程度運転に余裕がある場合は、補助ブレーキ操作のほうが運転が楽（リスクあるけど） |
